The MetalCloak 2 Door JK Rear Driveshaft is 2.5" in diameter for better clearance of the cross member. The Rear Driveshaft is Pre balanced and Pre-measured for correct length; these constant velocity driveshaft have been specially designed for MetalCloak Suspension Systems. The USA made, Double Cardan 1310 universal joints with grease fittings provide vibration free movement and incredible durability.

Thicker tube material over stock for increased strength.

Slip shafts are serviceable and have internal seals instead of the vulnerable "acordian" boot that come on stock vehicles

Drive shafts are ready for installation and come with all the needed hardware and replacement yoke.

IMO This is the best option for a rear driveshaft as you don’t have to mess with the pinion yoke at all. A few other companies also do this, but they use spacer flanges to accomplish it. Unless you have a lot more power going to rear, I don’t see why you’d buy anything else.
