Great Kit April 11, 2016
Reviewer: Russ Monroe from Round Rock, TX United States
I finally installed it myself with a buddy. The install was really easy for a weekend wrencher, and we completed the job in 6 hours doing the front first, then the rear using jack stands and 2 floor jacks on my garage floor. I was very nervous about lifting a 2015 Rubicon Unlimited with only 7k on it, but this kit far exceeds the stock ride in every way. I searched all over online about the upper control arm setting and track bar length, but only found the 3.5 numbers, so I marked a reference point on my axle and upper track bar mount to use while centering, and downloaded a bubble level on my phone to see what the stock pinion angle of the front d44 was before the lift. 18- 3/8" turned out perfect for my JKUR's new upper control arms on the 2.5" lift. Sunday morning my son and I drove it down the road at 70+ mph, and I was able to track straight and have no vibrations.

Very nice product, first class support February 19, 2016
Reviewer: Mark Spencer from Pearce, AZ United States
The product is simply first class, from the packaging that easily survived UPS, down to each component. My only complaint, be it small, is that he installation instructions need to be updated to spell out a few minor differences between the model years. Thankfully, MK has a team of customer support folks that actually answer the phone, and are happy to help you!

Some Suggestions January 13, 2016
Reviewer: Devin Whitman from Dover, PA United States
First off, Customer Support from this company is amazing!!!! Now, this is just some hints that I learned the hard way. If you can un-torque the top of the front shocks first when the jeep is on the ground, DO IT! Next, if your doing a 3.5" like I did, and you are going to remove your exhaust bolts; PB blast them and rack the heads with a hammer every once in awhile b4 removal. Be ready for a fight (unless its new with no rust). You can wait to do the brake lines if you un-bolt them from the frame and axle. Don't try to install the springs with the bump stops in place, not gonna happen unless you compress them. Things I bought that didn't come with the kit. I did get better shocks, so the whole relocation kit was useless. I am getting the adjustable rear track bar, because the rear is pushed to the driver side by one inch. And a new pit-man arm, the alignment shop said the steering was binding a little.  Might be the pit-man, might not? Still five starts! Ride quality is amazing!

Customer service November 11, 2015
Reviewer: Teresa Wilbanks from Belden, MS United States
The product may be good I havent had it long enough to know, however the customer service was not what I was expecting. When I ordered the lift, stabilizer, etc. I was given eta of 1-2 weeks on the phone and on my bill. The money was immediately taken from my account, however I didn't get the lift for over a month. I called after 2 weeks but was told sorry it will ship soon. I sent a message to customer service at 1 month and was told sorry it took so long. No reason, nothing. That is not acceptable service. You charged almost $150 for shipping yet couldn't even tell me why it took so much longer. I almost didnt reply to this, since my call and email to customer service were futile, which by now I'm sure you wish the same. Unfortunately it still bothered me so here it is.
