MetalCloak JK Wrangler True Dual Rate™ Coils have one of the longest free length in the industry for greater articulation without sacrificing the OEM ride quality.

Without the advantage of the Dual Rate Design, the required Spring Rate would be too low and "squishy" -- just loading your Jeep up with supplies would affect ride height and quality.

The Durotrak Bushing (Pat Pend #14/622,350) is a NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) bushing made with a proprietary rubber compound unique to MetalCloak. Metal Cloak continues to impress April 14, 2016

I have had my kit on for over a year and it continues to impress me every time.  I recently pulled the Duroflex bushings out to see how they were holding up and they still looked like new.  I can't believe that they are still like new after all of the abuse I have put them through and with zero maintenance.  I tried 2 other brands suspension components before finding Metal Cloak and had problems with both.

I'm on 4th set of ball joints and experienced several shimmy events (50k mi.).  This experience led me to research jeep forums and found Metalcloak.  I added rear track bar and brake lines to make my Dflex 3.5 Suspension a Game Changer w/o shocks. Now that it's installed I can't overstate the difference.  The handling on road feels better than I ever remember it.  Off-road I am just beginning my journey of exploration, I will need to develop better skills to fully benefit from Metalcloak system.  The customer service was great; Eric spent long phone time making sure the system met my needs, exploring how I drive and wheel.  When the shocks I wanted to keep weren't the best choice because they became down travel limiter (as Eric warned they might), John got info on the shocks that were right and got the shock extensions shipped fast.  No hype, no hard sell just good customer service, outstanding product.  I just wish I had started here instead of the science experiment I engaged in.

Had a 3.5 Duroflex kit installed along with Teraflex tuned remote reservoirs Fox shocks. Rides much better than stock, feels much better than stock, handles much better than stock even at that height, it is awesome. Can't wait to take it to an off road park. Order processing time by Metalcloak was fast. I ordered the kit during a Thanksgiving sale and it was shipped on December 3rd, surprised me very much cause I wasn't expecting it until mid January.

Currently being installed at a local shop.  I inspected all the parts upon arrival and they look to be of excellent quality and design.  They are beefy and should be able to stand up years of abuse.  I look forward to hitting the trails at Rausch Creek Off Road Park in the near future.

LOVE my suspension! This kit is everything you need and more! So much better than my stock suspension! Pretty easy install as well. It took my brother-in-law and myself a weekend to install the whole suspension.
