The MetalCloak JK Wrangler 4.5" Game Changer Hi Steer Suspension System, RockSport Edition, features the New RockSport Long Travel Shocks shock absorbers and Hi Steer Kit!

This system includes our True Dual Rate™ Coils that provide a more comfortable ride than traditional single rate lift springs and feature better load handling stability than your typical "progressive" coils.

This is not an entry-level kit; this is a complete 4.5" suspension system that gives unprecedented ride quality at a more affordable price than our Game Changer 6Pak Edition. The system includes 2 patented technologies; the Duroflex and Durotrak™ bushings for the best (NVH) vibration handling available for the smoothest ride.

As leaders in the off-road industry MetalCloak knows what it takes to make a great suspension system. Our Engineers worked tirelessly to fine tune the New RockSport Long Travel Shocks for another great option to be used with the Dual-Rate Suspension product line.

THE ROCKSPORT LONG TRAVEL SHOCKS

It’s not just a shock, it is a piece in a tuned system. This is not a typical bolt on shock. RockSport shocks are valved and specifically tuned to work with MetalCloak True Dual-Rate Coils.

MetalCloak has refined the RockSport Shocks compression and dampening to provide stable, yet compliant manners for daily driving and also in situations where Long Travel articulation is needed to keep the tires planted on the ground.

Durotrak Bushing

The Durotrak Bushing (Pat Pend #14/622,350) is a NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) bushing made with a proprietary rubber compound unique to MetalCloak. The Durotraktwo part bushing is comprised of two pieces that thread together making this bushing simple to install without a press, reduces vibration and harshness transferred to the driver, and improves vehicle steering input.

HI STEER KIT: TUBULAR ALLOY STEEL DRAG LINK

At 4.5" is is important to correct the steering so we include the Hi-Steer kit standard with every 4.5" suspsension system we offer. It starts with the Drag Link -- High misalignment rod ends, double adjustable, tubular alloy steel, and clears aftermarket diff covers.

ANTI FLOP FEATURE

Anti Flop

This specially designed rod end has been engineered just for the JK Wrangler steering.

Full side to side range of motion ensures bind free steering when pushing the extremes of your Jeeps travel and articulation, while a limited "front to back" range of movement is built into the rod-end and eliminates the possibility of the offset to allow the tie-rod to "flop".

HI STEER KIT: TRACKBAR & STEERING STABILIZER RELOCATION BRACKET
As part of our Hi-Steer kit, this bracket raises track bar to correct steering geometry in conjunction with the Drag-link flip hi-steer for use when lifting a Jeep JK over 3.5 inches, this bracket also incorporates a raised mount for the steering stabilizer for added protection!

The durable bracket is constructed of 7GA Laser Cut CAD formed steel and is finished in Gold Zinc plating for a molecular bond that protects against the elements; relocation bracket is 100% bolt on.

All the parts came right when the tracking number informed me it would arrive. Shocks were on back order so took a few more weeks to arrive. The wait was worth it. All the parts looked well fabricated. Thank you MetalCloak!
