EXCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY - THIS AIN'T YOUR TYPICAL LONG ARM

Yes, the Radius Arm is back!

Radius Front Control Arms:

  • Fit ideally in to the limited space under the TJ Wrangler.
  • Aid to the protection of vital components of the under carriage.
  • Allow maximum up and down wheel travel while keeping the pinion angle in check.
  • Have unparalleled on-road handling characteristics that cannot be denied.

But Radius Arms typically have a major problem... BIND. This bind causes premature bushing wear and undue stresses on the axle.

But, if we wanted a Radius Arm, we needed a Solution...

OKAY, THAT'S COOL TECH, BUT WHAT ABOUT THE REST?

Oh, we're not done... from the control arms to the belly pan, we thought of (just about) everything.

THE 4-LINK REAR, PERFECTED

While the Radius Arm front was ideal, we realized the space in the rear allows for a properly engineered 4-Link.

Choosing the 4-link rear control arm design provides added torque strength support for the main drive axle and provides a fantastic overall ride quality.

Our design eliminated the typical unsteady "Long Arm Roll" felt on a lifted TJ while cornering - and that's without running a rear sway bar!

MetalCloak's Floating Shock Body Technology (FST) provides a game-changing platform featuring parallel shafts extending from a floating body, centralized by dual opposing reservoirs; this revolutionary feature allows for twice the usual stoke over typical industry shocks.

Now the problems of low-hanging shocks or limited travel because of your shock body are fully and completely eliminated.

The shock is no longer the limiting factor in your build.

Great product but once again shipped with missing May 31, 2016
Reviewer: brandon christensen from west richland, WA United States
Metalcloak thinks of everything, almost.  Their kits truly think of it all until it comes to the hardware necessary to bolt the thing on.  They continue to randomly forget to include certain nuts, bolts and Washers to finish the project.  This is the 4th rd long arm kit I've bought from them in a year.   All 4 have had missing hardware.  I spoke to Eric at Metalcloak on the phone amd told him I needed lower shock bolts and track bar bolts.  He assured me that he'd review my order and call me back.  It's been 7 days and no return call.  I love Metalcloaks fit and finish but they need to have better customer service.  I shouldn't have to chase around looking for hardware that should be included on a $5000 long arm kit with their expensive 6 pak shocks.  Oh, I haven't mentioned that it took 2 months to get my lift after Metalcloak confirmed that it would be no more than 3 weeks.  I think it's time for Metalcloak to start building up their inventory to improve shipping lead times.
