In putting together this animation, we used the following set-up:
  • 3" Lift
  • 37 x 12.5 x 17 GoodYear MT/R Tires

How We Did It...



  1. First we took pics of stuffing our 06 TJ running 37s on a 3.5" lift.
  2. Then our engineer diagrammed the Essentials of our TJ with the Arched Tube Fenders.
  3. Next he diagrammed the Tire Stuffing into our Arched Tube Fender, notice the articulation angle.
  4. And then compared it to a number of other products, showing the maximum possible articulation obtained producing both Front and Side Views as seen above.
