I thought this item was going to be something of quality based on the Metalcloak name. It is a piece of cut Velcro and a metal hoop. Nothing special and it is hard to believe they are $19 bucks. Something I could have made for about 5.

great to get it off from hanging on the Bumper D-Ring. Keeps the Hook Snug and flap free... and looks great!

A very simple product, however very useful. The Velcro that was used was very good quality. Very easy to install. Keeps my winch hook away from the bumper and fairlead. Not only looking more ascetically pleasing but functional too.
