Chip in powdercoat |

I had one flare arrive with a chip in the powdercoat, so I called Matson who told me he would do anything I wanted to make it right.
He offered to take it back and ship another at no charge.
He offered a discount on a future purchase if I just wanted to live with it.
He offered to deduct the price of the powdercoating.
He also told me how to patch it, and what to patch it with.
You never know if your warranty is worth the paper its written on until you have a problem, matson passed with flying colors.
I am in awe of the customer service provided.
