The MetalCloak JK Wrangler 2.5"/3.5" True Dual-Rate Lift Kit, Fox Edition, features the highly respected Fox shock absorbers. This is the perfect kit for the discerning JK owner looking for a little lift but not planning on extreme off-road conditions.

The kit includes our True Dual Rate™ Coils providing a more stable ride than traditional single rate or the more recent trend towards progressive coils.

Now made with DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber - the first suspension components manufactured with Kevlar® for industry leading durability.

This is an entry-level kit. A 3.5" lift kit, that gives you an affordable lift, unprecedented ride quality, and at an affordable price.

Working closely with FOX Shocks, MetalCloak has chosen to offer the BDS tuned FOX 2.0 Performance series shocks as a standard shock option.

Note: All 2012+ JK Wrangler will require exhaust spacers (7078) for clearance for the front drive shaft.

Designed to use your Stock Control Arms, the JK Wrangler Dual-Rate 3.5" Lift Kit, features the Fox Shocks. We chose the Fox Shocks after closely working with Industry Leader Fox and looking at all the other aftermarket shocks available.

This kit is as good as you can get in any lift kit. And the best part? You can build your MetalCloak Suspension on top of it piece by piece.

This kit was designed to provide 3.5" of lift while mostly using your stock control arms. It gives you a high quality ride with the extreme stability and ride comfort of our True Dual Rate™ Coils.

Additionally, we go the extra step by including the upper front Control Arms for easy Caster alignment.

Also available in 2.5" for the JK Wrangler 4 Door Unlimited.

FOX 2.0" PERFORMANCE SERIES SHOCKS

  • CNC machined aluminum components are Type II hard anodized to a scratch and fade free finish.
  • Heavy Duty 5/8" chrome shafts are induction case hardened to over 55 Rocketwell C, virtually eliminating scratches caused by roost and debris.
  • Cold-forged, metal impacted 6061 T6 aluminum shock body dissipates heat three times faster than a conventional steel body shock. The 2.0 performance series shock runs as cool as a 2.5 diameter shock on the same application.
  • The internal floating piston design separates shock oil from the high pressure nitrogen charged gas chamber, eliminating oil aeration and cavitation, while providing a predictable ride - capable of handling the roughest conditions with fade-free performance.

JK OUTBOARD SHOCK MOUNT SPACER KIT

This short video covers what you need to know about the basics of The JK Outboard Front Lower Shock Mount Spacer. MetalCloak JK Outboard Front Lower Shock Mount Spacer is engineered to move the lower shock away from the Jeep frame rails and rotate the shock eyelet from factory position by 90 degrees allowing it to swing with the axle vs bind on the bushing. The outboard shock mount increases clearance for the shock body when at the extremes of articulation and eliminates interference.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If using OE wheels 2" spacers will be needed to give proper clearance. These mounts are intended for use for wheels with 4.5" of backspacing or less or an equivalent of a 2" spacer on factory wheels.

I ordered the 2.5” lift but it currently is measuring 4” of lift after driving.  I wonder if it will settle in short time.  I’m happy with the kit. It has quality parts.  The install instructions could be more detailed, though (e.g. brake line orientation, brake caliper removal for drilling access to lower shock bracket, rear emergency brake details).

Hard to decide what is better, the products or customer service ! I was over charged and didn't realize it but received a phone call the same day informing about the situation and was issued the correct invoice. Parts are beautiful and beefy. Bolt on without any problem. Definitely going to purchase more from metalcloak
