JK Wrangler EVAP Canister Concealment Kit
JK Wrangler EVAP Canister Relocation and Concealment Kit

The JK Wrangler EVAP Canister Concealment Kit moves the EVAP Canister up, over, and out of harms way. So far out of the way that it's concealed from Mother Nature.

Jeep JK Wranglers come from the factory with the EVAP canister hanging below the frame rail on the drivers side of the Jeep where it can get smashed by the rocks and interfere with your stock drive shaft during articulation.

Protect your canister and relocate it up and out of harms way without adding any unnecessary weight with the MetalCloak JK EVAP Canister Concealment Kit.

Our easy to install kit doesn't just relocate the EVAP Canister, it puts it up so far out of the way, it's been concealed from Mother Nature.

The kit places the canister up and over and into the cavity that is protected by the rear axle - where Jeep should have put it in the first place.

Our complete relocation kit looks and works like original equipment and has been engineered to work correctly with the Jeeps sensors.

Makes great use of unused space December 11, 2018

Instructions on this Kit are pretty straight forward, only issue I had with this was that the longer OEM hose going to the evap canister is a hard plastic hose and started to kink trying to make it bend in the new location. Now metalcloak did supply a second hose that was roughly the same length as this hose that linked but I was hesitant on cutting the OEM one out due to its not in the instructions to do so. With that being said I have been driving for about 1000 miles with the hose slightly kinked and haven’t gotten a idiot light on for a error to the canister so I’m going to say it’s fine, if I do have a problem I’m going to cut the OEM hose out and fit the supplied longer hose in place. Really am pleased with the quality of product and customer support of metalcloak. ( I’m sure metalcloak will do a follow up on this feed back cause that’s the kind of customer service they give).

After having done this once already on my last Jeep JKU that was destroyed in a wreck. This install went very easy. Just check the instructions and locate the riv-nuts and the rest is plug and play. The EVAP Can is now up and safe from danger.

Quality but needs better install instructions November 16, 2018
Reviewer: Jeff H. from Gig Harbor, WA United States
Great product, great fit.  Instructions need clarity on how to run hardlines to take pressure of white port leading into gas tank to prevent breakage.  Ended up removing hardline and using 5/8 fuel line to connect.
