JK Wrangler ('12 - Current) sPod Mount & Vacuum Pump Relocation Kit
JK Wrangler sPod Mount and Vacuum Pump Kit

The JK "sPod" MOUNT & VACUUM PUMP RELOCATION KIT for the 2012 and later model Wranglers, moves the Vacuum Pump (located by your front frame rail) up into the engine compartment and provides a mount for the popular sPod Wiring System.

Relocating the vacuum pump is a necessary project to allow fitment of the MetalCloak JK Frame-Built Bumper System or any other bumper that allows your winch to sit low between the frame rails.

With the ever-growing popularity of the sPod, our original Vacuum Pump Relocation Bracket could interfere with the sPod mount, so we solved the problem by combining the two!

The 2012 and later model JK's have a vacuum canister located off the inside of the front frame rails.

This canister is located right where most bumpers put the winch on a JK.

This simple and effective relocation bracket moves the canister up to the engine compartment providing the needed space and then adds extra value by creating the perfect spot to mount an "SPOD" source unit in your JK.

Note: Moving the canister here does not compromise any of your Jeep's systems.

I was told last Monday it would ship within two or three days. As of today this morning, it was still at your place. Bad customer service. The worse thing is that I ordered a lift kit who knows how many weeks before I get it...not sure if I even want it anymore because of the bad customer service experience.

MC 4.5 JK Gamechanger, Hi-steer, Rocksport Edition May 25, 2018

One of the best, if not the best, quality lift you can get. The lift delivered to the shop that is doing the install and the rear coil springs were damaged, MC had a new set delivered in no time. The shop told me that the MC lift's were becoming the favorite of all the Jeeps they lift and are of the best quality. My 2015 JKUR rode excellent on the road and performed excellent off road. I am going to enjoy this lift for a long time.

I needed to move my vacuum pump so I could mount my winch and I’m going to get an spod in the future so why not get the best designed tool for the job. Thanks for a great product.

Very nice Bracket! May 3, 2018
Reviewer: Eric H from ERIE, PA United States
The bracket is well thought out.  The only issue I had was the newer sPods come with a rubber dust shield to keep dirt and debris out of the housing.  With this bracket you don't use the sPod base.  The rubber dust shield just flops because there is nothing under it to support it.  To overcome this, I used the sPod base along with the MetalCloak bracket but then quickly realized I couldn't snap the cover on.  A jigsaw was used to cut off two small pieces where the sPod cover would clamp down onto, and it then worked like a charm.  Now the rubber insert is supported all the way around and the MetalCloak bracket provides the extra support so the sPod isn't only hanging in place by the fender bolts.
